Our fulfillment operation processes orders between 9am and 5pm EST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification. Upgrading your shipping when submitting your order expedites the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of any merchandise purchased 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date. Please contact wheelsupcustomerservice@
Return items must be in new/unworn condition. Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping fees.
Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of New York.
